tinc: fix build regression in pkg 1.0.36-1

the patches 010-Fix-compilation-when-OpenSSL-has-no-ENGINE-support
and 020-Fix-compilation-without-deprecated-OpenSSL-APIs are now
merged upstream, so they must be dropped from the OpenWrt pkg
