unbound: update options for remote-control

Enhance the 'control' option to allow using SSL
to connect to the server. Add the 'extended_stats'
option to match 'extended-statistics: yes.'
Document the 'extended_luci' option; it does not
control Unbound, but changes the LuCI tabs.
