Upstream created proper tarballs. Switched to those.
Removed autoreconf as a result.
Adjusted filenames.
Got rid of static compiles as they're pretty useless.

The CONTRIBUTING.md requests an (or multiple) SPDX identifier for GPL
licenses. But a lot of packages did use a different, non-SPDX style with a
"+" at the end instead of "-or-later".

Upstream has really infrequent releases while having an active git
repository with important bugfixes. This is also needed because
libimobiledevice requires a new API from libusbmuxd.
