Ted Hess	0b66804f25	libev: Fix compatibility with libevent2 includes ... Packages building with libev and want to include event.h from libev need to be modified to include ev_event_compat.h instead. Minor release, changes from upstream: - prefer noexcept over throw () with C++ 11. - update ecb.h due to incompatibilities with c11. - fix a potential aliasing issue when reading and writing watcher callbacks. Karl Palsson	67b39f8f9b	libev: Import from management, with path fixes ... Imports the latest version from the management feed, and fixes the install paths.
