Jeffery To c0fb05d670 golang: Update to 1.15.7 ...

This includes fixes for:
* CVE-2021-3114: crypto/elliptic: incorrect operations on the P-224
  curve
* CVE-2021-3115: cmd/go: packages using cgo can cause arbitrary code
  execution on Windows
