Rosen Penev 8f786d3e3c ykpers: fix compilation with newer json-c 
Upstream backport.

Adjusted package to use PKG_INSTALL for consistency between packages.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Adjusted InstallDev section to install the pkgconf file.
