Rosen Penev 3abdfbd14c lcdgrilo: Fix compilation with newer Vala ...

It seems semantics changed slightly.

Cleaned up Makefile for consistency between packages.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Fixed license information.
