Rosen Penev ff056fcffc zsh: Update to 5.6.2 
Fixes at least CVE-2018-0502 and CVE-2018-13259

Added PKG_CPE_ID for proper CVE tracking.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Some small reorganization for consistency between packages.
