CFLAGS were not being passed which was breaking ASLR builds.
Fixed license header.
Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.
Added PKG_INSTALL for consistency.
Passed proper $(FPIC) value.
Several other Makefile cleanups.
