Mainly endian definitions are needed.
Removed sys/io.h patch. It's a GNU header unsupported by uClibc-ng.
Cleaned up Makefile slightly.
Added HTTPS everywhere.
Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.
