Rosen Penev cf9c219f50 libudev: Clean up Makefile 
Switch to standard PKG_SOURCE_VERSION/DATE instead of defining PKG_VERSION

Removed PKG_SOURCE. It's implicit.

Replaced IntallDev section with CMAKE_INSTALL.
