Yuhei OKAWA 4c784642cb open-vm-tools: remove resolutionkms 
fix snapshot build err.
Add configure option "--enable-resolutionkms=no"
Can not build if libdrm and libudev exist.
Since resolutionkms is not used, it is avoided by disabling it.
