Daniel Golle 2d1694ff7c postgresql: add HOST_BUILD_DEPENDS:=zlib/host 
spotted on buildbot trying postgresql/host build:
configure: error: zlib library not found

Fix this by adding zlib/host to HOST_BUILD_DEPENDS.
