Daniel Dickinson ae9d95d9ec utils/gnupg: Bump version; use both PKG_HASH (sha256) and PKG_MD5SUM (md5sum) 
Bump the version of gnupg and use new PKG_HASH for
sha256sum and PKG_MD5SUM for md5sum (for backwards
compatibility).
