Rosen Penev 0cf116e6bc confuse: update to 3.3 
Fixed license information.

Switched to PKG_INSTALL and PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for consistency and
faster compilation.

Minor cleanups.

Remove pointless UninstallDev section.
