Rosen Penev ccc3b6d44a keyutils: Pass OpenWrt CFLAGS directly. 
Needed for compilation with PKG_ASLR_PIE.

Replaced Build/Compile with PKG_INSTALL.

Adjusted install paths for consistency.

Added license information.
