Rosen Penev b75c6de359 giflib: Update to 5.2.1 
Removed now invalid patch.

Upstream got rid of autotools. This allows the Makefile to be simplified.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Other miscellaneous cleanups.
