Rosen Penev bf9f919551 libaio: Update to 0.3.111 ...

Switched to new upstream at pagure.io.

Refreshed debian patches.

Added KERNEL_AIO dependency. Even though the generic kernel config lists
CONFIG_AIO=y, it's still disabled by default. This fixes all packages
that depend on libaio.

Added myself as maintainer.
