Rosen Penev d2aba09d26 cjson: fix wrong pkgconfig paths 
The .pc file points to OS paths instead of target ones.

Remove CMAKE_INSTALL as InstallDev is explicit.

Move MAINTAINER to PKG_MAINTAINER for consistency.
