Rosen Penev 426dd60a4d ttyd: fix compilation without deprecated OpenSSL APIs 
Removed CMAKE_INSTALL as there's no need for InstallDev.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Small cleanups.
