Karl Palsson 0e43c9c994 mosquitto: fix compatibily with libwebsockets ...

Only applies to the 15.05 branch!
Apply a patch to correct usage with the (rather old) version of
libwebsockets in CC.  Has been submitted upstream.

Fixes github issue #3127
