Rosen Penev 7bbb112be2 libuvc: Update to 0.0.6 and switch to codeload 
Switched to codeload and reorganized Makefile to be more consistent with
other projects.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Minor whitespace fixes.
