Building against libftdi1 can't be avoided in the presence of libftdi1
headers apparently. As it might be useful for some DMX adapters and
such, depend on libftdi1 from now on.

Make OLA more useful for untrained users which depend on the built-in
webserver. We may split the ola package into smaller parts to allow
not having web-stuff in case this breaks the space-constraints for some
users.

Recent protobuf requires C++11 while OLA was forcing C++98 in order
to keep using auto_ptr without getting warnings... Use gnu++11 to make
everyone happy and live with the warnings about auto_ptr being
deprecated.

The Attended sysUpgrade CLI is a full-featured client for the
attended-sysupgrade service which works directly on the target device.
It requires libustream-ssl as well as at least the CA certificate
needed to contact the sysupgrade server.
It has only been tested briefly and is by no means ready for
production!

auto-endian auf UTF-16 doesn't work with all drivers, some fail to
interpret the byte-order-marking. Hence explicitely use UTF16BE on
big-endian systems and UTF16LE otherwise.

This allows ODBC drivers to create odbcinst.ini-snippets in
/etc/odbcinst.ini.d/ which will be assembled into
/tmp/etc/odbcinst.ini. /etc/odbcinst.ini is provided as a symlink
pointing to /tmp/etc/odbcinst.ini
Hence the unixODBC-provided PostgreSQL driver was also given an
odbcinst.ini.d snippet.

It's pretty useless as udev cannot run in coexistence with procd.
It was added mostly to get packages compiled which depend on libudev,
knowing that the udev related functionality will be broken.
eudev has now been replaced by libudev-fbsd which does the job much
better and may serve as a drop-in replacement with even some working
features.
In future we may want our own libudev-procd library which can also be
a mostly-stub implementation but may query things from procd using
ubus in some situations...

The udev rule installed was ineffective as udev cannot run in
coexistence with procd. If needed, it should be reimplemented as
rule under /etc/hotplug.d/

luci2-io-helper: bugfix buckup script read timeout
Reading files from stdin will block for ever. The uhttpd is killing the
backup process after script_timeout.
Switching read to non blocking mode and add a waitpid for the slave
process does not end in a script_timeout anymore.

This package provides a small udev shim originally intended for
FreeBSD/devd, but it works well for our non-systemd-environment as
well. It has limited features, but it's enough to detect and
enumerate input devices.
