libgd fails to build due to missing dependency if the libtiff
package is selected. Fix the build issue and add two new
configuration options, both disabled by default:
1) enable TIFF support, and
2) enable Freetype 2.x support.

- http_v2_module
- http_realip_module
- http_secure_link_module

Compile tested: LEDE HEAD
If unixodbc package is present in the environment, subversion
fails to compile due to missing dependencies.
Fixes the dependency on unixodbc if unixodbc package is selected.
