This adds a line in Build/InstallDev to change a hardcoded
'/usr/include' definition in the staging_dir libopenzwave.pc file to use
${prefix}/include instead. Otherwise dependent packages may fail to

Besides the version bump, this backports a patch so that cmake uses the
same so version information as the current autotools, allowing the
switch over to cmake.
6.9.5_rev1 Changelog:
- Look-behind bug: if the look-behind contains a branch with a character
length of 0 and an anchor is included in the branch, the whole
look-behind is ignored
- POSIX API disabled by default -- enabled in openwrt, as at least
libevhtp needs it
- Update Unicode version 13.0.0
- NEW: Code point sequence notation \x{HHHH HHHH ...}, \o{OOOO OOOO ...}
- NEW API: retry limit in search functions
- NEW API: maximum nesting level of subexp call
- Fixed behavior of isolated options in Perl and Java syntaxes.

Java support is no longer feasible in openwrt. It's outdated, and can't
be usd without classpath, which has been removed.

Host build was added in 2972cc98e ("Add host build") because classpath
required a host java vm. Now that classpath is gone, host build can be
removed as well.

This adds a 'Package/<pkg>-src/config' definition with a 'depends on
<pkg>' line, which will hide <pkg>-src unless <pkg> is selected. This
makes the long list of python packages a bit shorter, and also indents
the src package:
<M> python3-base................................ Python 3.8 interpreter
< > python3-base-src................. Python 3.8 interpreter (sources)

This is cosmetic only, since openssl is the first one being defined, but
it avoids a warning in scripts/config, after upgrading to kconfig-v5.6:

seafile-server uses libevhtp pthreads support. libevhtp needs
libevent2-pthreads for that. However, since there is no installable
package for libevhtp--the library is build static-only--then
seafile-server, its consumer, needs to add the dependecy.

engine, but using the AF_ALG interface instead of /dev/crypto.
It is different than the AF_ALG engine that ships with OpenSSL:
- it uses sync calls, instead of async
- it suports more algorithms
