Philip Prindeville 8043fdf755 beanstalkd: add package
For now building from git using latest SHA (commits are relatively
infrequent). Set priority to come up immediately after network
interfaces are brought up. Patches have been submitted upstream
(but not yet accepted) to fix:

* a somewhat cross-compile unfriendly makefile;
* a header inclusion issue which causes MUSL compilation warnings;
* using the somewhat arcane posix_fallocate() in favor of the
  more ubiquitous ftruncate() system call instead.

Hopefully the next release will include our submitted fixes and
we can transition to a numbered release.

Philip Prindeville c3345a6d4a lighttpd: add 'reload' to init script to make logrotate-friendly
If lighttpd's scripts are rotated from under it while they're still open,
this will cause some weird things to happen. Give it a heads up that
the logs have moved.

Philip PrindevilleandYousong Zhou 1915b79ed8 acpica: initial commit
Add the UNIX-based ACPI utilities. For now, only "acpidump" seems to
be useful on the target system. The others would only be of interest
on the host system, and only then if one were developing BIOS.

Philip Prindeville 384c2a8cfd net-snmp: add symlink for net-snmp-config into usr/bin
A lot of autoconf-based scripts expect --with-foo-dir=$(STAGING_DIR)/usr
and break if they can't find bin/foo-config as a child of that path.

Putting things in $(STAGING_DIR)/host/bin seems to be suboptimal; I
could change the install path but there's no saying what that would
break.

Philip Prindeville ec58befa8e php7: add SNMP module to bundle
Add native support for SNMP manager functions, so scripts don't
have to call system("snmpget -v2c ...") etc. Cuts down on fork/exec
pairs and simplifies issues with parsing intermediate output.

Philip PrindevilleandDaniel Golle 9fdba25e04 openssh: if we don't generate a dsa key we shouldn't look for it
The earlier commit ea119211b2 removed 'dsa' as one of the ssh_host_*_key
types that got generated. Problem was that it didn't remove that key
as one of the paths that the server looks for by default. As a
consequence, your log file might fill up with messages like:

    2017-06-01T15:43:07-06:00 openwrt sshd[31929]: error: Could not load host key: /etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key

The patch is forunately trivial. Don't set the path for the dsa
key file in the server configuration.

If you have a firstboot script which seeds a passwd based on
run-time information (like MAC addresses, hostname, etc) then
you need to be able to pass in a cleartext string via chpasswd.

Other applets are similarly potentially useful in other corner
cases.

Likewise fix default configuration to use SOCK_DGRAM and not SOCK_STREAM
as we currently do.

Add sha256 digest.

Rather than have the users replace syslog-ng.conf (which lately is
changing fairly frequently) and have them miss an important fix or
improvement, instead have them localize /etc/custom-logs.conf and
ship that as an empty file.

Philip Prindeville 901ef617c7 rng-tools: start rngd early enough to actually be useful
lighttpd starts at priority 50, but promptly calls getrandom() on
initialization (li_rand_reseed() and li_rand_device_bytes() from
server_init()). If /dev/urandom (which getrandom() uses by default)
doesn't have sufficient entropy, this will block.

Since Openwrt runs the startup scripts serially, this can block
initialization indefinitely. I've seen 15-20 minutes typically.

Seeding the pool early on can quickly built sufficient entropy to
complete booting without blocking.

Philip Prindeville 785b67a27e perlmod: global knob to disable comment stripping modules
Certain strings are misinterpreted as comments by perlmod.mk and removed
when they shouldn't be (in particular, perl-cgi). Enable this whenever
you have sufficient flash space.

Globally, CONFIG_PERL_NOCOMMENT=y (default) causes comments to be stripped
as before. However, a package (like perl-cgi) can override this with
PKG_LEAVE_COMMENTS=1.

The macro perlmod/Install does comment stripping which gets confused by
the line:

It's not: it's the closure of a "= q/" literal.

Install the plugins as various functionality is no longer in the

Clean up any .la files from libtool.
