Steven Barth 4da06b6a1d libpam: fix package source to unbreak BB build

Yesterday's CVE-fix changed the package source URL to an invalid location.
Reverting this change to unbreak builds.

OpenWRT packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions:

Run: ./scripts/feeds update packages Run: ./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
