Stijn Tintel 53fc8d3191 net-snmp: cosmetic changes in snmpd init script

- Refactor RUN_C into CONFIGFILE, as used in dnsmasq and igmpproxy init
  scripts.
- Add a newline after each function definition.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
