Thomas Heil 53ffbc9dbd prosody: bump to 0.9.8

- Ensure only valid UTF-8 is passed to libidn. It was found
   (CVE-2015-2059) that libidn can read beyond the boundaries of the
   provided buffer when an input string contains invalid UTF-8 sequences.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
