Alexandru Ardelean 7123d31a0b python: enable pip installation of pip on the host-side

Python packs some pip installation script during the build,
which looks like a better idea to use for the python-pip
and/or python-setuptools packages.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
