Matthias Schiffer 8d5780ddcb ethtool: update to 3.18

This release contains a patch which is supposed to improve musl compatiblity. I
haven't tested it with musl though.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
