Jo-Philipp Wich a1fa6125ba umurmur: use generic autoreconf fixup

Use the generic autoreconf facility to pickup proper variants of
autoconf, automake and libtool.

Remove the unneeded Build/Configure override.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
