Nicolas Thill b9e87eeb7d xz: import from old packages feed

- update to latest version (v5.2.1)
 - add license info
 - add myself as maintainer
 - put everything in a "Compression" submenu
 - reduce the number of packages (put symlinks with their matching target)

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
