Christian Schoenebeck c26946e487 ddns-scripts: fix ticket #17998 : wrongly detect ipv4 start with 10x.x.x.x

Thanks to "eqsun" for report and offer of fix.
Otherwise the ip address starts with 100~109 will be treated as invalid.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
