Johannes Morgenroth c8b84ec8ae dtndht: add new package

DTN-DHT is a library providing a fully distributed Bittorrent DHT based
naming service especially for DTN Bundle Protocol EIDs (RFC 5050). It can
be used for all IP (v4/v6) based networks.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
