Jo-Philipp Wich f957dfcb04 libmms: remove useless autogen call

The package already uses the generic autoreconf fixup so the additional call
to autogen.sh is unneeded and might even introduce wrong versions of the
required autotools into the build.

Remove the unneeded Build/Configure override to simplify the Makefile.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
